Classes
Classes are designed to get you results with our strength and conditioning program that focuses on progressive overload while also modifying the workouts as needed. We offer three different options for class based on your schedule and what works for you.
Class Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday mornings from 6:00am-7:00am
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday Evenings from 5:00pm-6:00pm
$100 Classes 2 Days/Week for a Month
This is a great way to get started with our strength and conditioning class, that will create sustainable habits for you!
$138 Classes 3 Days/Week for a Month
You can pick any class morning or evening to come to and get your sweat on!
$160 Unlimited Classes for a Month
This package is designed to fit your fitness needs at any time for your convenience. Supercharge your fitness resutls with this option.
